There is a requirement of spice paste as well, which includes 4-5 shallots, 4-5 cloves, 12-15 dried chilies, 1-inch galangal. The cooking process is easy, and the first and foremost task is to slice the paste ingredients and mix them to make it very thin. In the next step, put the oil in the pan and heat it, add spice paste into it along with cardamom, cinnamon powder, and cloves.
Please keep it for approximately 2 minutes and stir it until you mix it well. Next, add the beef into it and keep stirring it. Then add coconut milk, water, and tamarind juice on it.
