Dinner food is always the best part of the day, but in Asian cuisine, dinner food is especially the best part of the day. There are many different types of Asian food, but we’ll be talking about Japanese, Chinese and Korean foods in this article. So without further ado, let’s get into the best dinner food in Asian cuisine.

1. Sushi

Sushi is an ancient Japanese dish created by fishermen in Southeast Asia. It was made out of fermented rice with raw fish on top, which was later exported to Japan when they began colonizing Southeast Asia. After the government and sushi chefs got their hands on it, they put more effort into making the dish tastier to eat. Now we have the delicious food we know today as Sushi! The best kind of sushi is fresh raw fish on top of vinegar rice with seaweed holding them together. It’s also very healthy if you’re near an ocean to catch your fish.

2. Ramen

The Chinese discovered Ramen in Northeastern China and brought it to Japan when they were under the rule of China, but it wasn’t very famous back then. It was later discovered by Koreans when they began colonizing Japan, who made the noodles into long thin shapes before putting them in soup broth. That’s how the Japanese came to know Ramen as well, but they have it served with a variety of meat and veggies. They are all delicious, so it again comes down to your preference!

3. Bulgogi

Bulgogi is probably one of my favorite foods in general because I just love barbecued meat with any sauce. It’s a Korean dish made of thin slices of beef with vegetables and sweet sauce, but don’t let that deceive you! The taste might just surprise you. This meal is great for two people who can cook outside with each other or just one person who wants to eat it all by themselves.

4. Bibimbap

Bibimbap is a very healthy meal because it has only vegetables, meat, and sweet sauce. It’s also great for people who don’t eat a lot of food or have a small appetite because the portion is very big, but you’ll feel full after eating this meal! This Korean dish comes from North Korea during the era when Japan was still colonizing, but it’s become very popular in South Korea.

5. Jajangmyeon

You probably know this dish better than jjajangmyeon, but it’s all about the pronunciation when you spell it. This Korean dish is a variation of noodles with vegetables and meat in black bean paste sauce, which is made by fermenting soybeans. The Koreans are very innovative with their food, making it tasty but also healthy for you!

6. Sukiyaki

Sukiyaki is a Japanese dish made of thinly sliced beef cooked in sweet soy sauce with vegetables served on top. It’s one of my favorite foods to eat because it’s so delicious, nutritious, and healthy a good fact that it’s easy to make and is perfect for sharing. This dinner food is probably the easiest meal you can cook, so if you want to impress somebody, you know what to do!
